I actually am getting pretty confused with their movement. They have just released Xbox slim version and now they want to announce the new console. I guess they are making a pretty mistake, but they said that all of the games would be compatible with newer or even older games. Means that they are going to make the same support with both consoles for quite some time until the older would die, but how long? We don’t know about it, but we have to accept the point that they are going to release a new console later this year?
I already see their technical specs and I did not see any big difference on it. They still use the same processor and same GPU, but with better clock speed. They said that this one is going to be next gen console, but I did not see any new thing from it. I guess the reason why they released this one because they want to compete with Sony. The company has just released the pro version of their playstation and Microsoft wants to do the same thing. They want to make sure their market is still there with releasing the new one. Rather than making half baked console, they decided to give their full power on getting totally true new console. PS4 Pro itself is already having such a decent performance on able to play the game on 4K or in 1080p with 60 FPS. Scorpio wants to get more of it with giving almost the same performance with computer gaming. They want to get the PC player to join their console with almost the same performance, but with the cheaper price.
Will It Success?
I could not make sure how well it performs until it is released, but I need to say that the market would not be better than the original version because the price is rough and not all people want to do gaming on 4K. The display itself is pretty expensive and many people don’t care about it. They just want to play game and that is it. I personally not really into with it since everything would be similar and the only thing that makes its difference is the resolution and graphic. I don’t care how good it is; as long as the gameplay is okay I would stick it. I guess we have to wait longer until we get the answer for it.
